Jancey Clark partners with schools and education organizations to envision the ideal learning environment and co-design professional learning to engage and empower educators. An experienced presenter, at both international and virtual conferences, Jancey is passionate about giving both students and teachers choice and voice in how they learn. For the past 10 years, she has taught overseas, as a classroom teacher, a Learning Coach, and planning professional development. Jancey is the co-creator of The Global KIND Project (#GKP18), creator of The Professional Passion Project (#PassionProjectPL), Social Media Advocate for The Educator Collaborative, and steering committee member of an ASCD Connected Community.
In addition to elementary and secondary education certification, Jancey holds a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.Ed from Walden University. Jancey is certified as a Math Specialist in International Schools, and has completed Harvard Project Zero courses: Teaching for Understanding, Making Thinking Visible, Creating Cultures of Thinking, and Jo Boaler’s Stanford courses: How to Learn Math and Mathematical Mindsets. Jancey is an avid tweeter, blogger, and writer for educational organizations.
